Action Definition
Besides the text description of an action and the category it belongs to, the following parts make up
and actions.
Value Type
Specifies if the commitement is 'Yes/No' or from a 'Range' such as
1..7 in case of week. A range has a minimum, maximum and default value.
When a member is commiting to an action with value type 'Range' a value
between minimum, maximum has to be selected.
Example:
- "Walk or bike to work {d} day(s) per week.", is an action with Value Type 'Range'.
- "Turn of water faucet while brushing teeth or shaving.", is an action with Value Type 'Yes/No'.
Occurence
Specifies how frequently this actions occurs. At the first example above, occurence would be "per week".

The description of the action. If commiting means specifying
a quantitive value such as number of day per week, an action might
read: "Walk or bike to work {d} day(s) per week.", where {d} is a placeholder
for the number of days a member might embrace this step.
